BTS’s Jungkook Apologized for “Messing Up”, Fans Beg To Differ

After BTS’s Jungkook published an apology after his appearance on the TODAY show, fans are completely baffled

BTS’s Jungkook recently released his first solo album “Golden”, as well as the title track “Standing Next To You”.

To promote the album, the singer appeared on the November 8 episode of the TODAY show, where he delivered live performances of 3 songs, including “Standing Next To You”, “3D”, and “Seven”.

Even more admirable, he performed all of them under freezing weather, yet still showed clear and stable vocals.

However, on the same day, Jungkook published an apology for “messing up” on fan community platform Weverse, saying, “ARMYs (fans of BTS)… I apologize… I messed up the live performance. There’s no excuse, and I will strive to do better in the next live performance”

The singer’s words have completely baffled fans, who can’t find any fault in Jungkook’s live performance, and went on to write comments such as, “What are you even apologizing for??”, “He did amazing though”, and “What does Jungkook even mean by messing up?”

At the same time, many fans expressed admiration for Jungkook, who put great efforts into his performance and always strives to better himself, not making any excuses despite the freezing weather.
