BTS’s Jin Spotted in an Unexpected Place “Eating Buffet Food”

BTS's Jin, who was discharged from the military last month, became a standout guest at a wedding

On July 6th, photos and videos of Jin attending his cousin’s wedding were posted on online communities and SNS.

In the photos and videos, Jin is seen wearing a black suit at the wedding. Although his hair has not fully grown out since his discharge, his clean and handsome appearance caught everyone’s attention. His small face and doll-like features stood out.

As a world star, he was surrounded by wedding guests. The netizen who shared the photos and videos praised Jin’s visuals, “His face is really small and handsome.”

Netizens reacted with comments such as “I’m jealous that their cousin is Jin“, “I almost became a fan after seeing these photos” and “I was amazed as soon as I saw him.”

Jin, who enlisted in the army on December 13th, 2022, was discharged as a sergeant from the 5th Infantry Division’s Recruit Training Center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province on June 12th.

As the first BTS member to be discharged, Jin attended the “2024 FESTA” and held a hug event with about 1,000 fans.

Jin is preparing to meet fans through various activities. He chose MBC’s “Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island” as his first variety show after discharge, having finished filming and awaiting broadcast.

On July 8th, he was appointed as the global ambassador for the French luxury jewelry brand Fred.

Additionally, Jin is set to depart for France soon as one of the torchbearers for the 2024 Paris Olympics. His participation in the torch relay is believed to be due to BTS’s global popularity and the message of “Love Yourself” they have been promoting for the past 10 years.

Meanwhile, all BTS members except Jin are currently serving in the military.

Following Jin, J-Hope, Suga, RM, V, Jimin and Jungkook are set to be discharged in succession, and BTS’s full-group activities are expected to resume in 2025 after all members have completed their military service.
