On this day, V talked about his upcoming solo album, saying, “It was difficult to go for standard jazz, so I put a lot of effort into making the songs more popular and accessible. Music that is good to listen to when the sun sets or when working and commuting.”
He continued that he plans to actively communicate with fans, stating, “There are many contents that ARMYs (fandom name) will find enjoyable when they’re bored. I film various contents very frequently to create a channel of communication with ARMYs,” raising fans’ expectations.
Furthermore, V mentioned, “I don’t want to take away the color of BTS’s V. That’s because I consider it to be something special to me. I know that V shines really brightly when I’m part of the BTS group, but when I’m on my own, I want to show a different side of V, so I’ve prepared various things.”
Finally, V addressed the members, saying, “While preparing for my solo album, I realized that the members had worked really hard. It wasn’t easy. However, the difficulty made preparing for the solo album enjoyable. It feels refreshing and like I can approach it in a new way. If you support me, I think I can do well with both feet forward.”
