BTS members are stepping up their fitness routines as anticipation builds for their full-group activities next year. V has been dedicating himself to running, while Jungkook has revealed his commitment to strength training, highlighting the group’s disciplined approach to physical preparation.
Jungkook recently appeared on bodybuilder and trainer Ma Sun-ho’s YouTube channel, where he showcased his bulked-up physique through intense weight training. His sculpted arms and noticeably larger frame drew attention, and fans noted RM and V were also present at the training site, hinting at collective effort in fitness management.

Meanwhile, V updated fans through Instagram Stories after completing a 10km run along the Han River. He shared that his body fat percentage had dropped into single digits thanks to consistent running. Previously, he had also introduced the idea of an “ARMY Running Crew” to connect with fans, further underlining his dedication to both health and fan engagement.
