BTS, SEVENTEEN and Stray Kids broke into IFPI’s Top 10 Global Artist Chart For 2022 

BTS, SEVENTEEN and Stray Kids are the three K-pop names that made it into the Top 10. 

The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) recently announced the “Top 10 Global Artist Chart For 2022” based on digital and physical achievements accomplished by the artists throughout the year, from streaming to sold copies. Three K-pop names made it to the top 10, namely BTS at 2nd place, SEVENTEEN at 6th and Stray Kids at 7th.

1. Taylor Swift

2. BTS

3. Drake

4. Bad Bunny

5. The Weeknd

6. SEVENTEEN

7. Stray Kids

8. Harry Styles

9. Jay Chou

10. Ed Sheeran

This is BTS’ second year in a row and fifth appearance in Top 10 since the group’s debut in 2018. This is also SEVENTEEN’s second year landing at the Top 10 after a busy year of global success with the release of their 4th studio album, 1st film, 3rd world tour and 3rd Japanese EP.
