BTS’s “Proof” ranks No.1 in Oricon’s Weekly Total Album Ranking with the highest point within this year

The new album “Proof” of boy group BTS topped the Oricon Japan’s Weekly Total Album Ranking.

According to the latest chart released by Oricon on June 24th (Counting period: June 13th ~ June 19th), BTS’s album “Proof”, which was released on June 10th, ranked 1st place in the Weekly Total Album Ranking with 546,373 points.

Oricon also announced that the point of 540,000 earned by BTS is currently the highest weekly record for this year’s Weekly Total Album Ranking.

BTS has so far topped Oricon’s Weekly Total Album Album Ranking with 6 albums, including “Proof”. With this achievement, BTS has tied for first place in the number of No.1 albums.

Meanwhile, BTS is setting a number of new records on Oricon. They topped the Oricon’s Weekly Album Ranking with a weekly sale of 514,000. In addition, they dominated the No.1 spot in the Weekly Digital Album Ranking for two consecutive weeks with 6,000 weekly downloads. The title track of “Proof” – “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment) also topped the Weekly Streaming Ranking.
