Jungkook, a member of BTS, proves his global impact as one of his posts was named as the most retweeted in 2023.
According to the US magazine Forbes on July 4th (local time), the most retweeted post on SNS platform Twitter in 2023 so far is a tweet announcing the collaboration of BTS Jungkook and Calvin Klein.
In particular, the post was uploaded on March 27th, and was the first post to announce Jungkook’s appointment as the global ambassador for Calvin Klein. With a video attached, the post has received approximately 330,000 retweets, making it the most retweeted post of 2023.
Interestingly, out of the top 5 most retweeted posts, 3 were related to BTS. These include a tweet about the collaboration between BIGBANG Taeyang and BTS Jimin for “Vibe”, a tweet about Jimin’s solo activities, and another tweet about Jungkook’s collaboration with Calvin Klein.
Meanwhile, in the video featuring Jungkook with Calvin Klein, the male idol revealed his well-toned abs by wearing nothing under a denim jacket.
On the other hand, Jungkook is preparing for the release of his first solo digital single, “Seven”, which will be released on the 14th of July. Additionally, as of 9 AM (KST) on July 4th, Jungkook’s self-composed song, “Still With You”, reached the number one spot on the iTunes “Top Songs” chart in 83 countries/regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Germany, and France.
