In August, a children’s book centered on Jungkook will be released as part of the My Itty-Bitty Bio series. Publisher Cherry Lake Publishing introduced the upcoming book by stating, “As the youngest member of the K-pop group BTS, Jungkook was launched into international stardom at age 15,” adding that the book will present “his life and impact in a simple, age-appropriate way, from world tours to military service.”

The My Itty-Bitty Bio series is a well-known American educational biography collection that has featured historical figures such as George Washington and Thomas Edison since 2016.

Earlier this year, Jungkook also became the first Korean singer to headline a series published by Brain Candy Books, an educational book collection aimed at American elementary school students. Previously, he was introduced as a representative Korean figure in country-themed books distributed through public libraries operated by U.S. state governments.

Jungkook has continued to achieve historic milestones globally. At the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards and the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, he became the first and only Asian artist to receive certain honors. He was also selected as the first and only Korean male singer included in Rolling Stone’s list of the “200 Greatest Singers of All Time.”

In addition, Jungkook has earned a total of three trophies across two years at the Billboard Music Awards, further solidifying his status as one of the most influential global artists of his generation.
