“94.6 billion won/tour in the U.S,” BTS Jung-kook’s commercial complex for his brother and Jin’s Hannam-dong apartment for his parents

KBS 2TV’s “The Woman Running the Chart,” which aired on Sep 8th, introduced stars who gifted their families presents that worth hundreds of million.

The main characters of the day were the first place winners Jung-kook and Jin from BTS. The group is coloring the world purple by selling out everything, including food and drinks products. BTS reportedly earned about 94.6 billion won in the first half of this year from just one U.S. concert tour.

Among them, there are members who gave big gifts to their families, which are well-fitting of their title as a world-class group. They are the oldest member, Jin, and the youngest, Jung-kook.

First, Jung-kook gave a big present to his brother. Jung-kook purchased a residential and commercial complex in Yongsan for 2.9 billion won in 2019, which is attracting attention with its beautiful view and double station area.

The price of the apartment was about 4 billion won in 2012, but Jung-kook gave the apartment to his brother a year after purchasing it, boasting their special relationship.

Jin purchased 2 luxury apartments in Hannam-dong in 2018. In 2019, he purchased a 60-pyeong apartment for about 4.2 billion won under the joint name of his parents.

And in 2020, Jin donated all of his shares in the apartment he owned to his parents. Currently, the average market price of this luxury apartment is known to be about 5.4 billion won.
