As BTS Jin has started serving in the army as an active-duty soldier, his military menu is also drawing keen attention.
Recruit Training Center’s Division 5 in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi, where Jin enlisted, unveiled a new schedule and menu on December 13th.
Jin entered the training center at around 1:45 p.m. on the same day and ate dinner there for the first time.
According to the released menu, Jin ate chicken gomtang (soup), stir-fried spicy pork, boiled egg potato taffy, and cabbage kimchi. The training center also provided dessert after dinner and Jin had milk or green grape juice.
Since Jin has been serious about what he normally eats, fans paid more attention to his meals in the military.
In particular, considering the fact that BTS has many overseas fans, the training center has also begun to release the menu in both Korean and English.
BTS’s fandom is showing keen interest in information related to Jin’s training center and sharing them online. They also edited the menu with some cute photos of Jin.
Meanwhile, Jin will serve in the military as an active-duty soldier after completing 5 weeks of basic training. His scheduled discharge date is June 12, 2024.
