BTS head to the White House at the invitation of Joe Biden

According to a news report on May 29, BTS leader RM, members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin and V will head to Washington, U.S., via Incheon International Airport’s second passenger terminal in Unseo-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon.

On the other hand, Jungkook left for Los Angeles on the 28th. According to a report by Newsen, Jungkook headed to LA a day earlier to digest other schedules prior to attending the White House event. After finishing the LA schedule, he will go to Washington and meet with the members.

BTS will attend an event at the White House on the 31st (local time) at the official invitation of U.S. President Joe Biden. President Biden, who has vowed to take active measures to combat hate crimes against Asians, which have recently soared in the COVID-19 situation, will hold the event to commemorate the month of Asian, Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI).

BTS is scheduled to meet President Biden at the White House to discuss topics such as hate crimes, discrimination against Asians, and the importance of diversity and inclusion.
