Singer Narsha confessed why she faked her age
Singer Narsha appeared as a guest in the latest episode of MBC FM4U’s ‘Kim Shin-young at Noon,’ which aired on Dec. 19.
In the show, host Kim Shin-young said, “At first, I thought we were the same age. There were a lot of articles about you faking your age.” Narsha responded, “It’s not my idea, my company asked me to cut 2 years from my real age since I debuted at an old age.”
Narsha first made her debut saying she was born in 1983, while she was actually 1981. Regarding this, she said, “I recently appeared on ‘Playing Sister’ with Lee Ji-hyun. I thought she was older because she debuted way before me. We were close to each other all day long, and when I asked her how old she was, it turned out she was younger than me. Lee Ji-hyun knelt down and was so shocked.”
Meanwhile, Narsha released her new song “GAME” on December 9th.
