Brave Girls’ resurgent song “Rollin'” hits 200 million streams on Melon

Brave Girls’ resurgent song “Rollin'” recorded 200 million streams on Melon, the largest music site in Korea.

According to the agency Brave Entertainment on May 23rd, Brave Girls’ “Rollin'” surpassed 200 million streams on Melon on May 22nd. As the song set a record of 100 million streams on Melon in May, 2021, it broke its own record by exceeding 200 million streams in a year.

Brave Girls’ “Rollin'” (released in 2017) is a song of tropical house genre with cheerful uptempo. Its addictive chorus and the members’ refreshing vocals impress listeners.

It was not popular at the time of its release, but it succeeded in climbing up music charts through YouTube in January last year, making Brave Girls become known as an icon of hope. It also ranked second on Melon’s annual chart released in January, helping Brave Girls establish themselves as a steady seller in the music industry.

Brave Girls released their 6th mini-album “THANK YOU” in March and have been active since then. Recently, the group appeared on Mnet’s “Queendom 2” and is presenting various stages.
