Block B’s P.O with wavy long hair in “Yumi’s Cells 2” shows perfect synchronization with his webtoon counterpart 

Block B member and actor P.O (Pyo Ji Hoon) makes a special appearance in “Yumi’s Cells 2”.

On June 20th, TVING’s original series “Yumi’s Cells 2” revealed still cuts of actors who will make a special appearance. Among them was Block B’s P.O, who is currently enlisting and serving in the Marine Corps.

Episodes 7 and 8 of “Yumi’s Cells 2”, which will be released on July 1st, will continue to show the romance of Yumi (Kim Go Eun) and Babi (GOT7’s Park Jin Young), along with Yumi’s challenge to achieve her dream of becoming a writer. At the same time, new characters will be introduced and create a stir in the cell village.

P.O takes on the role of illustrator Control Z, who can make people angry with his smiling face. However, with his unique charm and friendliness, he can quickly win people’s hearts.

In the original webtoon, Control Z was drawn with long hair. In the still cut, P.O draws attention by boasting 100% synchronization with his webtoon counterpart with long wavy hair. 

In addition to P.O, Shin Ye Eun and Jeon Seok Ho will also make special appearances in “Yumi’s Cells 2”. Shin Ye Eun plays Yoo Da Eun, an intern at Babi’s company, and Jeon Seok Ho plays Ahn Dae Yong, editor-in-chief of Yumi’s novels. 

New episodes of “Yumi’s Cells 2”, with the appearance of these new characters, will air on July 1st at 4 pm KST on TVING. 

Meanwhile, P.O enlisted in the Marine Corps on March 28th. Before his military service, P.O appeared in the musical “Playback”, tvN’s chat show “Amazing Saturday”, and finished filming his scenes for “Yumi’s Cells 2”.
