It is no exaggeration to say that Lisa is currently the most popular BLACKPINK member, and also one of the most well-known K-pop artists. A major proof of Lisa’s impact is her Instagram account with 73 million followers.
Besides, she is currently the female artist with the highest number of subscribers on YouTube in Korea and has just set a new record on Spotify. Recently, Lisa surpassed her fellow member, Jennie, to become the most streamed K-pop female solo act on Spotify.
Previously, Jennie, the first member of BLACKPINK to have a solo debut, was the first solo K-pop artist to have a song surpassing 350 million streams on Spotify.
However, Lisa‘s MONEY has now surpassed SOLO to hold the No.1 position in stream volume on Spotify and with the current rapid growth, BLACKPINK’s maknae will soon reach the 400 million stream milestone with her first solo b-side track in the near future.
