In a recent episode of Woody’s talk show in Thailand, (G)-IDLE’s Minnie made a guest appearance.
During the talk show, Woody unexpectedly brought up a story involving Minnie, as shared by BLACKPINK’s Lisa. According to Woody, Lisa once revealed, “I don’t want to gossip, but there’s this friend of mine. Minnie, she never replies to my messages. I called her three times, and she never picked up.”
Although Minnie jokingly denied dodging Lisa’s calls, she humorously looked into the camera and admitted that Lisa was indeed the one telling the story.
In reality, Lisa and Minnie are well-known best friends among K-pop idols. Both coming from Thailand, they’ve been close since their trainee days. Despite the passing of several years, Lisa and Minnie have consistently supported each other throughout their careers.
Lisa, the youngest member of BLACKPINK, has often shown support for Minnie and (G)-IDLE by sending coffee to their shooting locations. She has also made appearances at (G)-IDLE’s concerts to support Minnie, and vice versa. Earlier, on January 1, 2024, Minnie even shared a warm New Year’s celebration with Lisa.
