BLACKPINK’s Journey for a Year and Meeting ‘1.75 Million Fans’… Memories to Last Forever

After finishing encore performances at large stadiums in four North American cities, BLACKPINK is now heading back to Seoul.

On the 26th (local time), BLACKPINK entered the massive venue, DAZER Stadium, in Los Angeles, USA, capable of accommodating around 51,000 attendees, and held an encore concert. Thanks to the support of local fans, they attracted more than double the audience compared to the concert held at the Bank of California Stadium in LA last November.

With the powerful performance of ‘Pink Venom’, BLACKPINK opened the concert with a captivating performance that lasted 115 minutes. They presented a series of mega-hit songs such as ‘Whistle’, ‘Lovesick Girls’, and ‘Shut Down’. In response, BLINKs filled the stadium with cheers, creating an amazing atmosphere.

The members’ solo stages that showcased each member’s unique charm. Following Jisoo’s ‘All Eyes On Me’, which was revealed for the first time in New Jersey to celebrate BLACKPINK’s 7th anniversary on the 11th (local time), Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa also heated up the concert with flawless solo performances, further intensifying the atmosphere.

BLACKPINK engaged with the audience until the end, demonstrating their professional stage manners. They expressed their heartfelt emotions, saying, “It’s already the last performance in North America. We’re grateful to the members who have been together on this tour journey for almost a year,” and promised to cherish this moment forever.

With this, BLACKPINK successfully wrapped up their North American encore tour, drawing in an audience of approximately 230,000 people across four cities. As the first K-pop girl group to hold back-to-back concerts at MetLife Stadium and to enter Oracle Park and DAZER Stadium, they have achieved remarkable records on a global scale.

Meanwhile, after successfully completing their North American encore tour, BLACKPINK is returning to Seoul, where they did their first ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR (BORN PINK)’ concert. They will hold concerts at the Gocheok Sky Dome on September 16th and 17th, becoming the first K-pop girl group to perform at the stadium. This will be the grand finale of their world tour, which attracted approximately 1.75 million attendees, making it the largest-scale world tour ever for a K-pop girl group.”
