“Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman” has unveiled a splendid lineup of special appearances, including BLACKPINK Jisoo
On September 20th, the production team of “Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman” announced that actors Park Myung Hoon, Lee Jung Eun, Cho Yi Hyun, Park Jung Min, and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo will make special appearances in the movie.
Park Myung Hoon and Lee Jung Eun, who played a couple in the movie “Parasite,” will be appearing as the director of Pyeongchang-dong, who does not believe in ghosts, and his wife, who stage a fake exorcism play by fake exorcist Dr. Cheon (Kang Dong Won).
Cho Yi Hyun will play the daughter of the director couple who suspects Dr. Cheon.
Park Jung Min will transform into a shaman and captivate the audience with his acting of being possessed.
Jisoo, making her first film appearance through “Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman” will exude a unique presence as a fairy shaman.
Director Kim Seong Sik said about casting Jisoo, “I was looking for an actress with a fairy-like image, and I thought of Jisoo immediately after watching her drama ‘Snowdrop.’”
“Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman” is a story that begins when fake exorcist Dr. Cheon, who does not believe in ghosts but possesses insight similar to ghosts, is commissioned to handle a case like none he has experienced before. It will be released on September 27th.
