Korean media reported that BLACKPINK’s Jennie and BTS’s V have decided to end their romantic relationship
According to entertainment insiders on December 6, BLACKPINK’s Jennie and BTS’s V recently ended their romantic relationship.
Rumors of the two being a couple emerged last year, after various alleged “leaked photos” of them being together were released. In particular, there were photos of V and Jennie being in similar locations at the same time, and a video even captured them walking together on the streets of Paris, convincing people of a romantic relationship.
Last year, Jennie invited V to the private listening party for BLACKPINK’s second full album release. Not only V but also his close friends like Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-sik, and Park Hyung-sik were present.
Earlier in May of this year, Jennie and V celebrated their first anniversary in France, enjoying a romantic date. Without masks and sunglasses, they held hands and went for a walk, seemingly oblivious to their surroundings.
Regarding the breakup of the two, both sides have taken a similar stance as they did during the dating rumors. Just like when they were dating, they refrained from outright denial, choosing to be taciturn and letting things pass. Essentially, the relationship was acknowledged. The stance remains the same this time.
V is set to enlist in the Capital Defense Command on December 11th, while Jennie recently renewed her contract with YG Entertainment for group activities with BLACKPINK.
