BLACKPINK to start their big-scale world tour in October 

BLACKPINK will hold a world tour with 1.5 million spectators.

YG Entertainment announced on the 9th that BLACKPINK will hold a world tour in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, starting with the Seoul concert on October 15th and 16th. Afterwards, they will visit Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Hamilton, Chicago, Newark, Los Angeles (LA), London, Barcelona, ​​Cologne, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam in that order.

Notably, the phrase ‘AND MORE’ hinted that additional regions and schedules would be revealed.

This tour is scheduled to hold a total of 36 performances in 26 cities, and if all seats are sold out, about 1.5 million spectators are expected to mobilize. 

BLACKPINK said through their agency, “I am happy to be able to deliver news from pre-released songs to regular albums and tours one after another. I am always grateful to our Blink (fandom name). I want to see the fans as soon as possible.”

YG explained, “We designed and planned the stadium tour as well as the arena. We are working together to create the best performances with the best staff in each field.”

BLACKPINK’s World Tour ‘BORN PINK’ venue information and ticket reservations will be released on the Black Pink World Tour official website.

On the other hand, BLACKPINK will release the 2nd full album pre-release song ‘Pink Venom’ on the 19th at 1 pm (Korean time), and then the 2nd regular album will be released in September.
