Both Jisoo and Jennie failed to maintain their romantic relationships after going public
On October 24th, YG Entertainment confirmed that BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actor Ahn Bo-hyun already parted ways, saying “The two grown apart due to busy schedules”.
Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun publicized their relationship on August 3rd. Two months later, the couple announced their breakup.
Previously, another BLACKPINK member Jennie also had a short romance.
On January 1st, 2019, Jennie admitted to dating EXO’s Kai. When dating rumors broke out, Kai’s agency SM Entertainment acknowledged the two’s relationship, saying “They are getting to know each other with good feelings”.
The news aroused keen attention as both Jennie and Kai have huge fandoms. However, their romance ended quickly within less than a month.
BLACKPINK has faced various dating rumors, but only two members officially introduced their lovers and started dating publicly. Fans also feel sad for Jennie and Jisoo because their romantic relationships couldn’t last long.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK has not yet announced whether they renew exclusive contracts with YG Entertainment even after the expiry of the contracts, sparking various rumors to arise.
