On May 28th, Jisoo’s first single album “ME” surpassed 200 million streams on the global music streaming app Spotify.
Featuring the hit song “FLOWER”, “ME” became the fastest album by a Korean female solo artist to reach 200 million streams within 57 days. Previously, it also broke the record for the fastest album by a Korean female solo artist to reach 100 million streams on Spotify in just 20 days.
In physical sales, this album also achieved remarkable results. A total of 1,172,351 copies of this album were sold in the first week (from March 31st to April 6th), breaking the highest first-week sales record for K-pop female solo singers. It also helps Jisoo receive the ‘million seller’ title.
