BLACKPINK’s First World Tour – IN YOUR AREA

On November 10, 2018, BLACKPINK kicked off their first career world tour, “In Your Area,” after creating a sensation with the mega hit “DDU-DU DDU-DU” and the mini album Square Up. At that time, BLACKPINK was a 2-year-old girl group with only a few songs but had already achieved impressive numbers. According to Touring Data, BLACKPINK earned over $55 million in revenue with 472,183 tickets sold across six tour legs.

BLACKPINK’s Remarkable Breakthrough with the Largest Girl Group Tour in History – Born Pink

In October 2022, BLACKPINK kicked off the Born Pink World Tour with their first two shows in Seoul, South Korea, just one month after releasing their second full album of the same name. BLACKPINK was also the only girl group to sell out and perform in front of over 50,000 people on three continents (North America, Asia, Europe).
