After being booked for violating drug laws, G-Dragon’s past videos are going viral
Recently, netizens have been spreading old videos of G-Dragon in which his behavior resembles that of a drug addict. In particular, in a video from a fashion show a few months ago, G-Dragon’s dilated pupils, exaggerated gestures, and anxious body movements are evident.
Moreover, when G-Dragon appeared at Incheon International Airport for an overseas schedule in May, he seemed constantly restless.
His drug-related reactions go back to last year. In his interview with ELLE Korea released in October last year, similar behaviors can be seen. From the beginning of the video, G-Dragon shows dilated pupils and exaggerated gestures.
As this video has resurfaced and gained attention, netizens left comments, “Elle should release the unedited video for public interest,” “He looks like Yoo Ah-in when he’s giving an acceptance speech,” “The reality of BIGBANG is just sad,” and more.
Meanwhile, on October 25th, the Incheon Police Narcotics Crime Investigation Division booked G-Dragon without detention on suspicion of violating drug laws. In response to this, a representative from YG Entertainment, G-Dragon’s former company, spoke to the media, “It is difficult for us to respond officially because he is no longer our artist.”
