Big Bang Taeyang reveals his tips to get six-pack abs, “I work out with PT 5-6 times a week”

Singer Taeyang unveiled his secret of maintaining extraordinary abs.

In MBC’s “Omniscient Interfering View”, which aired on February 4th, Taeyang appeared as a guest interferer and talked about his daily life.

On the broadcast, Taeyang visited the gym early in the morning. After greeting a trainer, he warmed up and started working out enthusiastically.

When the trainer asked Taeyang to show his belly once, the male singer surprised all “Omniscient Interfering View” panelists as he slightly revealed his abs.

When Yang Se Hyung asked, “How many times a week do you work out?”, Taeyang replied, “I work out with PT 5-6 times a week”.

Later, Taeyang continued to do exercises, from hanging leg raise to climbing on the gym ball, lifting the dumbbells with both arms, and working out his shoulders. 

Seeing that, the panelists expressed their admiration, saying “That looks so hard”, “His core strength is amazing”, etc.

Meanwhile, Taeyang married actress Min Hyo Rin in 2018. The couple welcomed their first son in 2021, 3 years after their marriage.
