Be’O Hospitalized Due To Poor Health Condition, “He’ll Spend Time Resting After Medical Examinations”

Singer Be’O (real name Yoo Chan-wook) was recently hospitalized because of a high fever and vomiting

According to a report by TV Daily on October 3rd, Be’O showed symptoms, such as high fever and vomiting, starting from the previous day. He immediately visited a nearby hospital for emergency treatment, but his condition did not improve so he went to a hospital in Seoul and completed the hospitalization procedures earlier today.

The agency said to TV Daily, “He will spend time resting after receiving thorough medical examinations”, adding “We will consider the artist’s health and safety as the top priority”.

As a result, disruptions in schedules are inevitable for the time being. It has been confirmed that Be’O will be absent from the event in Mokpo, Jeonam scheduled for today.

Be’O became famous after appearing on Mnet’s “High School Rapper 3” in 2019. The next two years, he joined Mnet’s “Show Me the Money 9” and “Show Me the Money 10” then impressed the public by advancing to the final round. Be’O later released several hit songs, such as “Counting Stars” and “Limousine”.

With the digital singles “Love Me” and “Complex (feat. Zico)”, Be’O swept the domestic music charts. He also released various collabs, such as “Lights Out” with Sunmi and “Baby” with Paul Blanco.
