According to multiple industry insiders on April 22, Baekhyun recently met with representatives from Galaxy Corporation and held in-depth discussions regarding a potential exclusive contract. The talks are still in the coordination stage, and whether a final agreement will be reached is expected to be decided soon.
Previously, Baekhyun, along with fellow EXO members Chen and Xiumin, sent a formal notice at the end of March to INB100 CEO Cha Ga-won, informing the company of their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts. The trio reportedly demanded clarification regarding unpaid earnings and alleged contract violations, and ultimately decided to proceed with termination after receiving no response.
Adding to the attention, Taemin of SHINee recently left CEO Cha Ga-won and signed with Galaxy Corporation. Fans are now closely watching whether Baekhyun will follow suit and reunite with Taemin under the same label for the third time in their careers.
