aespa to leave for the U.S on April 20th at the invitation of Coachella and write the new history for K-pop

Girl group aespa is going to set a new record for K-pop in the U.S.

It has been confirmed that aespa will head to Los Angeles via Incheon International Airport on April 20th (KST). The girl group will arrive in L.A on the 21st and move straight to California.  This time, aespa leaves for the U.S to attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which has been held since April 15th in Indio, California.

At Coachella, which is the largest music festival in the U.S, aespa will become the first K-pop girl group to be officially invited to perform on the main stage.

Apart from aespa, Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Conan Gray, Pink Sweat$, etc. are famous musicians who will also head to the stage of Coachella. On the 17th, 2NE1 set up a surprise performance as a whole group, attracting huge attention from global fans. 

According to SM Entertainment, aespa will decorate the Coachella stage with their hit songs, including “Black Mamba”, “Next Level”, “Savage”, and unreleased songs.

aespa’s performance will be broadcast live on Coachella’s official Youtube channel on April 24th.
