“He scolded me…” An Apink member suddenly appeared on Kim Jong Kook’s YouTube channel while working out

Apink member Kim Nam Joo went to the gym and accidentally bumped into Kim Jong Kook who was filming for YouTube.

On March 2nd, a new video was uploaded on Kim Jong Kook’s YouTube channel “GYM JONG KOOK”. In the video, Kim Jong Kook met and talked with soccer players Park Joo Ho and Lee Seung Woo.

While talking, a woman wearing a mask appeared at the entrance of the gym. She turned out to be Apink’s Kim Namjoo. Namjoo hesitated for a moment before entering the gym.

Kim Jong Kook happily asked, “Who is this? Namjoo? Hey, Namjoo, are you working hard again these days? I haven’t seen you even once these days.”

Kim Namjoo said, “I’m coming here every day these days. I was scolded (by Kim Jong Kook) for not exercising in the past… Thanks to you, I’m working out hard.” Previously, Kim Jong Kook pointed out to Namjoo, who appeared as a guest on SBS “Running Man” in the past and said, “She gwent to the gym once but didn’t come again these days.”

Kim Jong Kook was proud, saying, “Yes, Namjoo, you should work out hard now.”

Park Joo Ho and Lee Seung Woo, who were silently watching them, laughed and said, “Then we will go now.”

The gym where the video was filmed is famous for not only Kim Jong Kook and Namjoo, but also BoA, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, and many other celebrities.

Meanwhile, Apink’s contract is about to expire next month.  Their agency IST Entertainment recently announced through an official statement, “We are constantly discussing with the members about their contract renewal.”

Apink has confirmed the release of a new mini-album next month. They are promoting in front of fans as a full group in about a year and two months.
