An AOA member, who recently changed her last name to her mother’s, to appear on “Yoo Quiz”’s mother and daughter special
Chan-mi, a member of AOA, will appear on tvN’s “Yoo Quiz on the Block” (hereinafter referred to as “Yoo Quiz”) with her mother.
On Jun 13th, the production team of “Yoo Quiz” posted a photo of Chan-mi and her mother Lim Chun-sook, who will appear on the broadcast on Jun 15th, saying, “AOA Chan-mi’s real golden-spoon mother, Lim Chun-sook, who runs a beauty salon and builds a shelter for teenagers who have nowhere to go.”
“How did you become the mother of 200 children while working on a side job?” Chan-mi’s warm talk about her mother,” the show added a description, raising viewers’ expectations.
In addition, Chan-mi expressed her affection and respect for her mother in the preview video of “Yoo Quiz” released on the same day, saying, “I don’t think I’ll regret living like my mother.”
Earlier in April, Chan-mi announced on her Instagram that she had recently completed the procedure to change her last name.
She said in a post at the time, “Do you remember that I’ve decided to do everything I wanted to do this year? One of them is to change my name. I have always wanted to do it since I was 20 years old, but I only manage to do it this year after all the excuse of being busy. At the age of 27, I finally followed my mother’s last name. It was so special to me that I wanted to share it with you.“
Chan-mi changed her real name from Kim Chan-mi to Lim Chan-mi after her mother’s last name.
