A video from 2022 of ASTRO Moonbin and his sister, Billlie Moon Sua is gaining attention, as they capture fans’ hearts with their heartwarming sibling chemistry.
The video is the “Patbingsu Challenge” that Moonbin did with his younger sister, Moon Sua, on July 15th last year. The two of them showed off their cute dance moves to the song “Patbingsu” by Moon Sua’s girl group Billlie.
Dressed in black and white, the two danced with bright smiles on their faces, making everyone who watched them feel warm and fuzzy inside.
At the end of the challenge, Moonbin looked at his sister Moon Sua with a soft gaze, and the two hugged each other.
The song “Patbingsu” was released by Billlie on July 14th last year, and it was a remake of the popular song of the same name by Yoon Jong Shin in 2001, but with Billlie’s unique style for Gen Z. The original singer, Yoon Jong Shin, produced the song himself.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed by fans on April 24th that Moon Sua had left a handwritten note for her brother Moonbin at his memorial space.
In her message to Moonbin, Moon Sua wrote, “I am your one and only precious little sister Sua. I’ve cried too much, so I will stop crying now! I will smile a lot from now on while doing what I want to do to be happy. So, I hope you can also be happy and comfortable there. You have to watch over me to make sure I’m doing well. I will live my life to the fullest, even in your place.“
Moonbin was found dead in his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at 8:10 p.m. KST on April 19th. All funeral procedures were conducted privately according to the wishes of his family. Only ASTRO members and family members attended the funeral on April 22nd. The agency has set up a separate space for fans to mourn Moonbin, and it is open until April 30th.
