She is none other than Yū Aoi.
Actress Yū Aoi, who became well-known thanks to the films “All About Lily Chou-Chou”, “Hana and Alice” and “Honey and Clover”, has been loved not only in Japan but also in Korea for her mysterious atmosphere, unique fashion sense as well as white and transparent skin.
In 2019, Yū Aoi married Japanese national comedian Ryota Yamasato, who is 9 years older than her. Recently, the actress once again made headlines by announcing her pregnancy after 3 years of marriage.
Yū Aoi announced through her agency on Feb 10th, “I’m pregnant with my first child. I’m expected to give birth this summer.”
She added, “I was able to reach a stable period with the understanding and cooperation of many people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please continue to support me in the future.”
Meanwhile, Yū Aoi‘s husband Ryota Yamasato has gained fame as a so-called “ugly comedian” as he ranked first in the “Yoshimoto Bad-looking Men” list, which is annually announced by Japan’s largest entertainment agency Yoshimoto Kogyo, for 3 consecutive years.
