Ahn Bo-hyun Recalls His Past As A Boxer, “Military Training Was Even Easier Than Boxing Training”

The January 16th broadcast of SBS’s entertainment program “Strong Heart VS” featured the guest appearances of Ahn Bo-hyun, Park Ji-hyun, Kang Sang-joon, Kim Shin-bi and Jung Ga-hee, the main cast of the drama “Flex X Cop”.

Known as a former boxer, Ahn Bo-hyun drew attention when he confessed, “I didn’t want to do boxing, it was too tough”. 

Ahn Bo-hyun said he needed to take care of his weight and body as part of his life and surprised everyone when revealing that he practiced 10 hours every day, adding that he sweated enough to wash his hair five times a day.

Ahn Bo-hyun shared, “Boxing training was so tough that I felt like the military life was even easier and more comfortable”. 

Having served as an honor guard at the Military Headquarters, Ahn Bo-hyun said he handled military life so well that he even contemplated becoming a professional soldier due to the persuasion of a military officer.

Meanwhile, SBS’s “Strong Heart VS” is a talk show featuring celebrities with unexpected stories. It airs every Tuesday at 10:20 p.m.
