aespa kicked off their South American tour with a bang in Mexico.
On September 8th (local time), aespa held ‘aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘SYNK: HYPER LINE in MEXICO CITY’ in Mexico City.
As it was their first South American tour, the performance garnered high interest from local fans.
aespa heated up the venue with a diverse setlist, including powerful performances of “ænergy,” “Savage,” “Illusion,” as well as emotional vocals in songs like “Thirsty,” “Lucid Dream,” and “Welcome To MY World,” and lively charisma in “Spicy,” “Better Things,” “Life’s Too Short,” and more.
After the performance, aespa expressed their gratitude, saying, “Your cheers were so loud that we won’t forget this day. We’re so thankful for giving us an unforgettable day. Mexico was the first city of our South American tour, and it was a fun start. We’ll work hard until we can see you again, so please wait for us.” They also greeted the audience in the local language, saying, “It was a pleasure to meet all of you.”
Throughout the concert, the audience stood and waved their fan lights, sending warm cheers and applause to aespa’s stage. During hit songs like “Next Level” and “Black Mamba,” they actively enjoyed the concert, even participating in explosive sing-alongs.
aespa will continue the excitement of their South American tour in São Paulo, Brazil on September 11th.
