On July 31, at the press screening of the movie ‘Concrete Utopia’ (directed by Eom Tae Hwa) held at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Seoul’s Songpa-gu, Park Ji Hoo said, “As Hyewon in the film, I was worried about how I could perform well, but as soon as I entered the set, I got immersed in the role.”
She also mentioned, “Thanks to the director and senior actors who guided me well, I was able to shoot my scenes smoothly.“
Regarding singing the ending credit song ‘Apartment’ herself, he shared, “The director suggested it to me during the filming process. I tried my best to capture the atmosphere despite being tone-deaf, hoping to leave a lingering feeling.”
‘Concrete Utopia’ is a disaster drama film that depicts the story of survivors gathering in the last remaining Hwanggung Apartment in Seoul after a massive earthquake destroys the city. It is set to be released on August 9th.
