Actor Gong Yoo suddenly appeared at Sinsa Station to check out his 20th debut anniversary advertisement
Actor Gong Yoo showed his love for fans by checking out their advertisements for the 20th anniversary of his debut.
On Nov 22nd, Management SOOP, Gong Yoo’s agency, uploaded on its official YouTube channel a video titled, “Gong Yoo appeared at Exit 1 of Shinsa Station…Checking out the ads for his 20th Anniversary”.
The released video contains advertisements produced by fans to mark the 20th anniversary of Gong Yoo‘s debut. Fans showcase their congratulatory videos for his 20 years anniversary, putting them at subway stations and outdoor billboards at Gangnam, Hongdae, and Sinsa.
In response, Gong Yoo visited Sinsa Station in person and surprised the fans’ gifts. Gong Yoo was wearing a hat, a mask, a comfortable hoodie and jeans in the video. He proves his love for his fans by standing at the ads, watching the video for a long while. He then expressed his joy and happiness by filming the video himself in the car with a camcorder.
Gong Yoo, who debuted in 2001 with the KBS drama “School 4”, marks the 20th anniversary of his debut this year. He will also return to the scene once again with the Netflix series “The Silent Sea,” which will be released on December 24th.
