Claims are spreading that a famous YouTuber showed a sensitive reaction to “The Glory”, a K-drama that revolves around school violence.
On January 13th, an article titled “Real-time YouTuber Haneul” was posted on the online community Nate Pann.
According to the poster of this article, they were blocked after asking YouTuber Haneul if she has watched “The Glory”. Attached with the post is a screenshot of the poster being unable to access Haneul’s Instagram account, which is a public account.
In January 2020, Haneul, the CEO of a shopping mall and a YouTuber, was rumored to have been exposed to various controversies, ranging from school violence, sales of used cars, to illegal brokering accusations.
Afterwards, Hanuel acknowledged and apologized for the allegations of school violence along with an explanation for the rumors. In particular, she said on Instagram, “I am really ashamed of myself for my immature behavior when I was young. I want to apologize to everyone who was hurt by my actions and words during my childhood. It may be hard for them, but I want to meet people who have been hurt by me in person and sincerely apologize.”
Last year, Hanuel became a hot topic after having a luxurious wedding ceremony with a businessman 10 years her senior, where a large number of celebrities participated. In the process, when her husband’s identity received excessive interest, Hanuel declared, “I am entrusting a law firm to take strong actions against malicious slander, false information, personal attacks, and defamation.”
