A female cast member on “Physical: 100” suspected of school violence

A female cast member on Netflix’s original series “Physical: 100”, which is gaining global popularity, has been embroiled in school violence allegations.

Recently, an article titled, “A school violence perpetrator appears on ‘Physical: 100’”, was posted on Nate Pann. According to OP, “Physical: 100” female cast A made them pay her money every week and when OP talked to their parents and asked for help, A called OP to a karaoke room and assaulted them.

OP shared, “I went to the same middle school with A. At that time, A was in Grade 3 and she was 2 years older than me. After knowing A’s gang, my friends and I lived in hell for a whole year”, adding “At first, A played with a group consisting of famous older sisters. In the middle of the semester, she contacted me and asked me and my friends to save about 10,0000 – 20,000 won a week”.

They continued, “A kept calling and texting me until she collected all the money. After that incident, my heart beat always fast whenever my phone rang. I had lived anxiously like that until I graduated from high school”, adding “The amount of money I and my friends gave A’s group for about 7-8 months was about hundreds of thousands of won. Knowing that we couldn’t do anything about it, we confessed the truth to our parents”.

OP said, “With my parents, I went to the address where A told me to send a birthday present. I received an apology from my parents and thought it would be the end of the hell I was enduring”, adding “However, the next week, A waited for me in front of the school gate after school. I still remember A’s expression. A apologized for taking my money then put her arms around my shoulders and told me to go to karaoke with her. I still regret that I didn’t run away right away.”

According to OP, A took their cell phone as soon as they arrived at a karaoke room and threatened, “Want me to report this? Or just get hit instead?”. OP, who could not do anything to escape, was slapped by A while kneeling down. Afterwards, A called OP’s friends to a nearby park using OP’s phone and assaulted them with some male students.

OP confessed, “To me and my friends, it has been an unforgettable wound for me for the past 10 years. I’ve never run into A since then. I didn’t know how she was doing but suddenly saw her face on the Internet. My hands trembled when I saw her receiving praises for being cool”, adding, “Isn’t it ironic that a school violence perpetrator is appearing on Netflix, which made the famous school violence drama ‘The Glory’?”

OP added, “A may say she was young and immature but we were also young and the past does not disappear”, adding “I want A to apologize and promise that she would not appear in the media anymore. I won’t reveal her identity because I don’t want to ruin someone’s life”.

In response, netizens commented, “A school violence victim is worried about being sued for defamation by the perpetrator?”, “There is a cast on ‘Physical: 100’ who is close to the descriptions in the comments”, “I understand why you can’t say the real name. You’re afraid of getting sued”, “If you write it like this, you might affect other cast members”, “I can’t believe that someone can appear on a show after committing school violence”, etc.

Currently, A has not made any position on this issue.
