Appearing on SBS’s variety show No, But Seriously, actress Go Joon Hee spoke candidly about her last relationship, her ideal partner, and a close male friend whom she believes she may have let slip away.

During the show, Go Joon Hee surprised everyone when she was asked when she had last kissed someone. “My last kiss was yesterday,” she joked, leaving the cast stunned before quickly laughing and admitting she was only teasing them. She then clarified that her last relationship ended sometime last year.

Discussing her approach to relationships, Go Joon Hee described herself as someone who gives wholeheartedly. “I’m the type to give love. I give gifts, my heart I think I gave almost everything.” She added with a laugh: “I gave everything except marriage.” According to the actress, this is also why she rarely has lingering feelings after a breakup. “Because I gave everything, I don’t look back after it’s over.”

Go Joon Hee also shared that her mother is her closest confidante. “My mom is my best friend. I tell her everything about my relationships.” Because dating publicly can be difficult as a celebrity, she even revealed that she once spent time with a boyfriend at home instead.

One of the most memorable stories from the episode involved a close male friend. Go Joon Hee recalled that he once invited her to see a movie, and she unexpectedly brought her mother along, with the three of them watching the film together. Although they were never officially dating, she admitted she intentionally kept some distance from him at the time. Looking back, however, she feels differently. “Now that I think about it, it’s a bit of a shame. Back then, I didn’t realize how charming he was.” She added with a smile: “He’s married now.” The candid confession drew laughter from the show’s cast.

The actress also revealed that her perspective on marriage has changed. “Now, I want to get married.” When asked about her ideal partner, she answered that good manners were the most important quality. However, during a playful game in which she had to choose between looks, wealth, or manners, Go Joon Hee immediately chose wealth, prompting laughter from everyone in the studio.

Go Joon Hee’s frank discussion about love and relationships quickly attracted attention online. Her remark that she had “given everything except marriage” and her story about the male friend she now regrets pushing away sparked widespread discussion across social media and online communities.
