Former 2NE1 member Sandara Park has shared a surprising story about her dating life, revealing that many of her past relationships were conducted almost entirely without meeting in person.

The singer made the candid confession during an appearance on the YouTube talk show True Man Show on the Just Open Your Mouth channel, where she appeared alongside Brown Eyed Girls member JeA.

During the conversation, Sandara addressed previous reports claiming she had only dated younger men. “I guess it just happened that way,” she said.

Explaining the appeal of younger partners, she added that they often have an unexpected charm. “They can be cute, but they also have a masculine side that makes you feel protected.” However, she clarified that she isn’t exclusively attracted to younger men. When asked whether older men simply didn’t appeal to her, Sandara responded: “Not at all. I’d like an older man too as long as he has a playful, childlike side. My ideal type used to be Eun Ji-won. I just never happened to date older men.”

Host Yong Jin pointed out that despite dating entertainers, Sandara has rarely been involved in public dating rumors. Her response drew laughter. “The reason I never had dating scandals? You just don’t meet them.”
