During the July 12 broadcast of tvN’s Goblin 10th Anniversary Trip, Yoo In Na asked Gong Yoo, Lee Dong Wook, and Kim Go Eun what genre they would like to tackle if they reunited in another drama. Without hesitation, Gong Yoo replied, “A completely chaotic romance full of love triangles.”

Yoo In Na agreed, saying she would love to play longtime lovers who argue in a realistic way. Lee Dong Wook jokingly responded, “How could we possibly fight more than we already do? Just imagine if the cameras weren't around.” Kim Go Eun laughed and backed Yoo In Na's idea, adding, “That's exactly what we should capture. I want people to see how well we actually fight in real life.”

As Gong Yoo once again insisted that he wanted to film a romance centered on complicated relationships, Kim Go Eun admitted she wasn’t enthusiastic about the idea—but for a very practical reason. “I don’t like that genre because I’d have to go on a diet,” she joked. “You’d have to take your clothes off.” Her unexpected comment caught everyone off guard. Lee Dong Wook immediately asked, “Do you absolutely have to film a bed scene?” Kim Go Eun playfully fired back, “Of course you do! Otherwise, what? You’re not taking your clothes off? Are you just going to kiss?” Her candid remark left the cast laughing in embarrassment.

The reunion also included a surprise celebration of Kim Go Eun’s 14th debut anniversary. As she blew out the candles, Gong Yoo recreated one of Goblin‘s iconic moments by suddenly appearing behind her, sending everyone into laughter.

Later in the episode, the cast read messages from longtime Goblin fans. One viewer asked whether Gong Yoo considered himself to be “a good man.” Yoo In Na answered without hesitation, praising him. “He’s a good person and a good man,” she said. “In the past, I liked him because he was like an older brother—handsome and cool. Now I admire him because he’s become such a genuinely mature adult.”

Kim Go Eun teased the compliment by saying, “You never know what he’s really like once you meet him.” She then smiled and added, “But honestly, with a face like that, if he’s this considerate, that’s already pretty impressive. Considering his height, popularity, and everything else, I’d say he’s doing just fine.”
