BLACKPINK member Lisa has become the center of fresh breakup speculation following the release of her Vanity Fair interview on June 23.

Social media posts claimed that Lisa had indirectly confirmed the end of her rumored relationship with TAG Heuer CEO Frédéric Arnault by saying, “My past relationship has ended.” However, that statement does not appear in the published interview.

Vanity Fair instead explained that Lisa’s publicist warned the interviewer twice not to ask about her personal life. The article clearly stated that Lisa did not discuss the subject.

The magazine only mentioned that Lisa and Frédéric were rumored to have dated since mid-2023 and that they appeared to have separated. It cited the businessman’s absence from Lisa’s birthday celebration as one detail noticed by fans, but did not confirm a breakup.

Lisa also avoided discussing romantic relationships when asked about her private life, choosing instead to speak about her early experiences with obsessive fans.

Lisa and Frédéric were first linked in July 2023 after they were filmed together at a restaurant in France. They were later spotted together in several countries and were reportedly introduced to each other’s families. Speculation about a possible separation grew after Frédéric stopped interacting with Lisa’s social media posts. Reports also claimed that they had not been publicly seen together for more than a year.

Frédéric was recently linked to American model and actress Marissa Long, further fueling online rumors. His brother was also said to have unfollowed Lisa on social media. However, neither Lisa nor Frédéric has publicly confirmed that they dated or announced that they have broken up. Claims that Lisa personally confirmed the split through Vanity Fair are therefore inaccurate.
