The first episode of tvN’s GBRB: Farm Operation – Go Go Farm aired on June 19, featuring Lee Kwang-soo, Kim Woo-bin, and Doh Kyung-soo taking on the challenge of livestock farming in Jeju Island.
The three stars arrived at the ranch imagining green pastures and adorable calves, only to be confronted by a much harsher reality.
Their first task involved cleaning and organizing a cattle barn, which meant breaking apart and removing hardened cow manure from the floor.
As they stepped on the manure, the cast members grimaced and commented, “Is this really manure? The feeling is so strange.” Doh Kyung-soo jokingly expressed his frustration, saying, “Wasn’t our show supposed to be about food? Are we really going to spend the entire day just cleaning manure?”
While working, Lee Kwang-soo, who is known for having a weak stomach, repeatedly shook his head and appeared overwhelmed. He confessed, “It’s a smell I’ve never encountered in my life. Viewers won’t understand unless they come here themselves.”
His irritation grew when he noticed production staff stepping on the piles of manure they had already cleaned. “If it’s just going to pile up again anyway, why are we cleaning it?” he exclaimed, drawing laughter from everyone around him.
The situation became even more chaotic when Doh Kyung-soo unexpectedly tossed a chunk of manure toward Kim Woo-bin.
“My zipper is covered in manure,” Kim Woo-bin complained as he brushed off his clothes. He jokingly glared at Doh Kyung-soo and said, “I’ll let it slide this one time,” creating another hilarious moment.
After finally completing the exhausting task, the three gathered for dinner. As everyone settled into their seats, Lee Kwang-soo hesitated before deciding to share something that had happened earlier.
“I wasn’t sure whether I should tell this story or not,” he began. “A little while ago, I almost fainted while I was peeing. I had to hold onto the wall. I don’t know if it’s some kind of manure poisoning or what.”
His unexpected confession sent the studio into fits of laughter.
Still laughing, producer Na Young-seok suddenly turned to Doh Kyung-soo and asked, “By the way, did you even wash your hands?”
To everyone’s shock, Doh Kyung-soo replied, “I don’t think I did.”
When the producer immediately told him, “Go wash your hands right now,” Doh Kyung-soo rushed off toward the restroom.
Despite all the struggles and mishaps, the cast ultimately succeeded in clearing the manure. Their exhausted, completely drained expressions afterward provided viewers with some of the funniest moments of the episode.
