On June 15, an Instagram account known for covering trending online topics reshared the drama-like romance of Kim Moo Yeol and Yoon Seung Ah, who have now been married for 11 years. The story resurfaced as Kim Moo Yeol recently gained renewed global attention through the Netflix series Teach You a Lesson.
The post carried the headline, “Why date a poor man? The ending of Yoon Seung Ah’s love story after choosing a relationship everyone opposed.” Kim Moo Yeol’s financial struggles in the past are well known. In 2010, he was initially exempted from military service due to financial hardship. However, to put rumors and misunderstandings to rest, the actor voluntarily enlisted for active military duty in 2012.
