Global pop superstar Taylor Swift (36) and NFL star Travis Kelce (36) are reportedly preparing to tie the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
According to entertainment outlet Page Six on June 5 (local time), the couple’s highly anticipated wedding is already in motion, with sources claiming that “everyone has sworn to secrecy” surrounding the event.
An insider reportedly shared that privacy was the couple’s top priority when selecting a venue for such a high-profile occasion. While Madison Square Garden may seem like an unusual choice for a wedding, the source explained that with enough resources, the iconic venue can be completely transformed into a luxurious wedding space. Notably, no public events are currently scheduled at the arena between June 29 and July 6.
Specific security measures are also said to be in place to protect the privacy of the ceremony. Guests are reportedly expected to travel to the venue on black buses, while organizers plan to take full advantage of Madison Square Garden’s multiple entrances and advanced security system. Swift also shares a personal connection to the venue, having performed there eight times throughout her career.
The rumored guest list is equally dazzling. International stars including Karlie Kloss, Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, the Haim sisters, Suki Waterhouse, Gigi Hadid, and Selena Gomez are reportedly among those invited to the ceremony.
