On April 9, Kakao Entertainment announced that BIBI will release the drama’s OST Part.1 titled “My Pace” on April 10 at 6 PM (KST) across major music platforms, including Melon.
“My Pace” carries a message of forging one’s own path without being bound by societal expectations, status, or fate. The track begins with BIBI’s signature dreamy and husky tone, gradually building into a powerful vocal climax. With its combination of intense guitar riffs, sharp synthesizer sounds, and an addictive chorus, the song is expected to enhance the emotional depth of the drama.

Known for her distinctive voice and genre-blending style, BIBI continues to solidify her reputation as a “one-of-a-kind” artist. Having performed on global stages such as Coachella and completed successful world tours, her participation is expected to draw international attention to the drama.
The OST lineup also features a diverse roster of trending artists, including RIIZE, BOYNEXTDOOR, WOODZ, KiiiKiii, Hanroro, and hrtz.wav—raising expectations for a richly layered soundtrack.
Meanwhile, the drama 21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife—starring IU and Byeon Woo Seok—has already generated buzz for its unique premise. Set in a fictional 21st-century constitutional monarchy in Korea, the story follows a chaebol woman and a prince navigating love and societal barriers.

Interestingly, IU recently revealed during a radio appearance that she had initially hoped to participate in the OST herself. “Both I and Byeon Woo Seok wanted to join, but we couldn’t find the right song in the end,” she shared, expressing disappointment over the missed opportunity.
With BIBI leading the OST lineup, fans are now looking forward to how her emotionally charged track will complement the drama’s narrative—and whether it can make up for the much-anticipated but unrealized IU–Byeon Woo Seok OST collaboration.
