G-Dragon has once again proven his unmatched influence not just as a global artist, but as a “walking corporation,” with reports estimating his annual earnings to exceed 200 billion KRW (approx. $150–200 million+).

According to financial disclosures from his agency Galaxy Corporation, the company achieved a dramatic turnaround in 2025. After recording an operating loss of 18.8 billion KRW the previous year, it surged to 298.8 billion KRW in revenue in Q4 alone, marking a staggering 619% increase. The company credited this explosive growth largely to G-Dragon’s global activities.

At the center of this success was his long-awaited comeback album Übermensch, which sold over 600,000 copies on its first day and surpassed 1 million cumulative sales. The album dominated domestic and international charts, reinforcing his enduring popularity.

Building on that momentum, G-Dragon launched a massive world tour spanning 12 countries and 39 shows, attracting approximately 825,000 fans—the highest attendance ever recorded for a Korean solo artist.

Financially, the numbers are staggering. Early reports suggest that just the first 22 shows generated around $71.8 million (≈ 96 billion KRW). Individual stops also set records, including a Newark concert that reportedly earned $27.1 million alone. In South Korea, his Goyang Stadium shows drew 68,000 attendees over two days, with ticket revenue estimated at over 12 billion KRW.

Across the entire tour, ticket sales alone are believed to have reached 180–190 billion KRW. When including merchandise, pop-up stores, and on-site sales, total tour-related revenue is estimated to range between 150–200 billion KRW.

Beyond touring, G-Dragon’s income streams extend into multiple sectors. These include music royalties, luxury brand partnerships such as his ambassadorship with Chanel, as well as his own fashion ventures and F&B collaborations. Combined, these activities contribute to what industry insiders describe as “astronomical earnings.”

Looking ahead, G-Dragon is set to reunite with fellow BIGBANG members for their 20th anniversary project, including appearances at the globally renowned Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. With a new world tour also on the horizon, his dominance in both music and business shows no signs of slowing down.
