masako rina taiwan controversy

Japanese adult film actress Masako Rina has ignited major online controversy after posting a series of extreme comments targeting Taiwanese men on social media.

The 24-year-old actress, known online as 雅子りな, shared multiple posts on the platform X (formerly Twitter) on March 9 that quickly drew widespread attention. In the messages, she used highly aggressive language toward Taiwanese men, including a shocking statement saying she wanted to “kill all Taiwanese men.”

Although the posts were deleted shortly after being published, screenshots quickly spread across social media and online forums, fueling heated discussions.

In one message, Masako Rina wrote that she “hates Taiwanese people very much” and urged viewers from Taiwan to stop watching her work. She also claimed she would no longer have any relationship with Taiwanese individuals.

According to the actress, she had been emotionally and physically hurt by Taiwanese people. She alleged that the individuals involved even enjoyed causing her pain while later denying their actions and damaging her reputation.

Her posts included several emotionally charged remarks directed particularly at Taiwanese men. In another message, she referenced the anime and manga series “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure”, imagining using a villain’s supernatural ability to place a “death ring” curse on certain individuals.

Despite the extreme tone of the posts, Masako Rina also clarified that she does not harbor negative feelings toward Taiwanese women. She added that she had Taiwanese friends and said she had no issue with Taiwanese men who have Japanese heritage and grew up in Japan.

However, she wrote that Taiwanese men who do not speak Japanese and communicate only in Chinese made her feel uncomfortable, even adding harsh remarks about people from Taiwan wanting to enter Japan.

The incident quickly sparked speculation among internet users about what might have triggered the outburst. On online forums such as Dcard, some commenters suggested that the actress may have had a negative experience with certain individuals, possibly involving cross-border intermediaries or scams.

Others criticized the sweeping generalizations in her comments, noting that the posts targeted an entire group without clearly explaining the situation.

As screenshots continue circulating online, the controversy has become a widely discussed topic across Asian social media platforms.
