Global K-pop sensation BTS has officially revealed the tracklist for their upcoming fifth studio album ARIRANG , heightening anticipation for their long-awaited comeback.
On March 4, the group shared the album’s tracklist through their official social media channels. The design features the album logo wrapped in bold red tape graphics, creating a striking visual identity for the project.
The album contains 14 tracks , including the title track “SWIM.” Other songs featured on the record are “Body to Body,” “Hooligan,” “Aliens,” “FYA,” “2.0,” “No. 29,” “Merry Go Round,” “NORMAL,” “Like Animals,” “they don’t know ’bout us,” “One More Night,” “Please,” and “Into the Sun.”

The lead single “SWIM” is described as an upbeat alternative pop track that reflects the group’s philosophy about life. Rather than resisting the waves of life, the song emphasizes the idea of continuing to swim forward at one’s own pace. The lyrics frame resilience and perseverance through the lens of love for life itself.
RM participated heavily in writing the lyrics, adding emotional depth and authenticity to the song’s message.
The album as a whole is said to encapsulate the group’s artistic identity and emotional journey throughout their career. The opening track “Body to Body” celebrates the energy shared between BTS and their audience during live performances. “Hooligan” reflects the group’s experiences traveling the world and carving their own path, while “Aliens” expresses their ambition and unique perspective on global fame.
Other songs explore different facets of their narrative. “FYA” captures the fiery energy of the comeback, while “2.0” symbolizes a new chapter for the seven members. Tracks like “No. 29” and “Merry Go Round” reflect on the cyclical nature of life and perseverance through repetition.

Meanwhile, “NORMAL” addresses the emotions BTS experience both on and off stage, while “Like Animals” conveys the passion for living intensely. “they don’t know ’bout us” expresses confidence in their bond and identity, and “One More Night” captures the desire to hold onto euphoric moments just a little longer.
The final tracks deepen the emotional tone: “Please” expresses a sincere wish to remain together through any circumstance, and “Into the Sun” closes the album with a hopeful declaration about running toward someone important.
BTS began working on the album during songwriting sessions held in Los Angeles last summer. The production lineup includes internationally renowned producers such as Diplo , Ryan Tedder , and El Guincho , all of whom have received Grammy Awards recognition.
BTS will release ARIRANG on March 20 at 1 PM (KST) . The following day, the group will hold a special comeback event titled “BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG” at Gwanghwamun Square . The showcase will be broadcast live on Netflix , allowing fans around the world to join the celebration.
