On February 25, Dongho’s ex-wife, identified as A, took to social media claiming that Dongho had been involved with multiple women throughout their marriage. “It wasn’t just one or two women,” she alleged, asserting that he engaged in affairs consistently during their time together.

A further claimed that even while she was pregnant, Dongho was caught secretly texting a racing model. She also alleged that one of the women he was involved with was fully aware that he was a married father at the time. In addition, she shared a photo of Dongho with a woman believed to be one of the alleged third parties.

Beyond accusations of infidelity, A also criticized Dongho’s role as a father after their divorce. She claimed he had been insincere in paying child support and inattentive during visitation. According to her, when she traveled to Japan at his request with their son, he allegedly did not hug the child and showed little affection. She also stated that when their son asked for help bathing, Dongho told him to wash himself instead.

A further wrote, “He didn’t even send 1,000 won in child support but bought luxury goods for a hostess at a bar in Japan,” adding that she had spent the past 11 years taking care of her aging, ill mother and their son alone.

Expressing frustration, she said, “You haven’t changed you’ve only become worse. I tried to forgive you, but you always cross the line. After not seeing your son for a year, he runs toward you and you hug the cat first. Are you in your right mind?”

Dongho responded via his own social media account. “Get a grip on yourself,” he wrote. “If you want to take this to the end, let’s do it.” He continued, “Going public like it’s some kind of leverage, saying ‘reporters, please share this’ that doesn’t scare me anymore. People are no longer interested in me, and it’s been nearly 10 years since I left the entertainment industry. I’m just an ordinary person now.”

He added, “I don’t care if articles come out. Do whatever you want.” However, Dongho did not provide specific clarification regarding the allegations of infidelity or parental neglect.

Dongho debuted with U-KISS in 2008 and left the group in 2013 before retiring from the entertainment industry. He married in November 2015 and welcomed a son the following year but divorced in 2018. After briefly returning to acting following the birth of his child, he stepped away from public activities again after the divorce.
